    With 2015 completed, we saw a very healthy outlook for Norris Ferry Landing! Of the nearly 300 homes now built in the neighborhood, we saw 27 homes sold in the neighborhood. Of those 27, six were new construction. This is a good statistic showing that less than 8% of the neighborhood moved. This shows as a healthy sign of the neighborhood being sought after and being stayed in by its current residents. Norris Ferry Landing is well known as a very child and family oriented neighborhood. Many families come to the neighborhood every fall to visit with friends and experience the amazing Halloween atmosphere that they provide. It's a great place to live!
