    Meadowbrook Subdivision is in the heart of Mandeville Louisiana. It is situated in a desired location near the Causeway Bridge to get to New Orleans and the Louis Armstrong airport as well as I-12 Interstate. Meadowbrook is near all the major shopping centers and great food locations. The lakefront and the Trace are a few minutes away where great sunsets can be found, as well as walking, running, and biking. This a beautiful local gathering places with great food and drinks!

    Meadowbrook is within walking distance of Pelican Athletic Club, a beautiful country club/tennis club, and is near all the major shopping. This is a private community that has almost 500 homes - each one is unique and has property ranging from small lots to almost acre lots. There is also a lake and walking trail on one side of the subdivision that is called the lakes. The other side is called the Estates.

    The community has a pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, and a playground as well as a vast open space for team sports, a dog play area, or anything fun. It has a 10-hour, man-guarded security. The community has private sewer and water, underground utilities including natural gas and cable service. It has strict guidelines for building and zoning to help keep the community well-maintained and secure. It has low dues for HOA compared to other local communities.

    The homes range from the $400,000 to a million-plus. The neighbors are so friendly, and there are many children playing in the front of their homes. The school buses come into the community to pick up and drop off the children. Many parents are involved in the schools and help volunteer. It is a great place to live. Halloween is a big event in this subdivision and community gatherings are coming back since Covid.

    Great Community in Mandeville
    Meadowbrook is a great family community only a few minutes to the Causeway Bridge. What I love about Meadowbrook is the comfort and security I feel due to the evening guard service and the tight knit community. Nice homes and great place to live.
