Bedico Trace is a gated subdivision in Tangipahoa Parish. It is conveniently located on the Parish line, which means you can enjoy living in Tangipahoa Parish while enjoying what St. Tammany Parish has to offer, as well. Bedico Trace is a covenant restricted community, and there are HOA fees (currently, these are assessed twice a year). There are opportunities to buy great homes or build your own home using any builder of your choice. The neighborhood shares a playground, which can be used by residents. The location of Bedico Trace subdivision is great! It is only about 10 minutes away from the River Chase Shopping Area on Highway 21, which features a variety of different stores, restaurants, and entertainment. There are larger retailers, such as Sam's Club, Academy, Petco, Hobby Lobby, Target, JC Penney, World Market, Ulta, and more! Also, there is a movie theater and an escape room! There are plenty of other shopping areas and grocery stores along Hwy 21, so you'll be able to find everything you need, close to home.If you'd like to head into Mandeville or Covington, there are plenty of different routes to get where you're going! It's simplest to pull up a Google Map to get an idea of the area, since there are so many different ways to get around. It may seem overwhelming at first, but you'll find that it doesn't take long to get used to these helpful roadways.If you're a Causeway commuter, Bedico Trace is still a great option. The neighborhood is about a 20 minute drive to the Causeway, and it's a pretty simple drive if you go directly down Hwy 22. If you prefer to reach the Southshore by way of I-55, it's about a 25 minute drive down Hwy 22. If you commute to Baton Rouge, the drive is a bit longer, but it's very easy to get to I-12 from the subdivision. You can be on I-12 (entering I-12 at the Robert area) in about five minutes. Then, you'll just head straight to Baton Rouge on I-12. There is traffic in the mornings and in the evenings, but generally, it takes about an hour to commute each way. There are plenty of reasons to love Bedico Trace. It is in a great location. It's close enough to bigger cities to enjoy them, but far enough away to give you some space!
