Charming Neighborhood with Stunning Homes
If you appreciate the quality of larger homes from a previous build, you will love this subdivision. Most of the homes here are big with spacious yards and quality neighbors. The location of this subdivision is great for it's close proximity to so many places including Barksdale Air Force Base and the shopping hub on Youree Drive in Shreveport.

For exercise you can find your way to the top of the levee behind the neighborhood for jogging or walking.

There are several grocery stores close by including Kroger, Brookshires and the new Walmart Neighborhood Market grocery store.

Zaxby's
My first introduction to Zaxby's was when I visited a former college roommate last Summer in Conway, AR. She shared rave remarks and said the environment was casual, which suited us perfectly since we were in the middle of a warm shopping adventure and wanted something quick and in a comfortable environment. Afterwards, I echoed her sentiments in that the environment was so comfortable and the service was quick and friendly. I opted for a Grilled Chicken Salad (in Zaxby's language, it's termed a Zalard) which I'd never had served with friend onions (okay, had to splurge a tad re: "fried"), and it was a great compliment to the other healthier crunchies.

Every so often, when I'd opt for a local grilled chicken salad, I'd reflect on the compliment of the fried onions and long for a Zaxby's in our Shreveport/Bossier City area. Earlier this year, I was excited to learn one would be coming to us in South Bossier. Just a couple of months ago, I had to be among the first to patronize it after opening. Same great customer service, same flavor. Those of us on the Shreveport side of the Red River could only envy residents on the other side in Plantation Trace, Golden Meadows, Southgate, Olde Oaks, etc., located in closer proximity.

I was excited to learn we will yet have a second location to open in mid-June at the corner of Benton Road and East Texas St. in North Bossier City. Still in Bossier City, but two really convenient locations for Twin Cities. I highly recommend it.
