Creekstone Place is a subdivision consisting of two streets, Springfield and Leupold Drive. It has a median price range of $230,000. The homes are about 1,700 to 2,100 square feet of living space.

There is no through traffic with only two streets in the subdivision. Each street has a cul-de-sac, making for a normally quiet neighborhood. It is located just off Highway 40, (aka Cypress Street) and is very close to the Cheniere Drew exit off Interstate 20. Restaurants, medical facilities, schools, and shopping is within five miles or so from Creekstone Place. The Cheniere Shack restaurant is about a mile away and Mac's Market grocery store is about three miles away. Several convenience stores with gas, snacks and drinks are in the same area. Students living in Creekstone Place attending public school will go to Claiborne Elementary, West Ridge Middle, and West Monroe High School.
