Dream Castle offers professional photography services like a business head shot for your business cards, website, etc. The area is industrial but the property is set up nicely for an outdoor picture if that is what you need. The venue inside is all marble, white and gold. I found the decorations to be ornate and tasteful. I personally needed a headshot for my business and the process was quick and painless. The photographer was very nice and efficient and I received my proofs by the next afternoon with final product delivered two days later and it was a weekend. She had enough options that I could pick multiple pictures when I only needed one. I personally had a great experience at Dream Castle.

Title work is the process beginning to end of issuing the Title Insurance policy. It begins with the title search. It involves the process of checking the owner chain of ownership to make sure there are no liens on the property. Once the title work is completed, there are two types of title insurance. The owner's title insurance protects the buyer against any title defects. Typically, the buyer purchases the insurance protecting him or herself. The Lender's title insurance protecting the lender from any claim or loss against the lender that covers claims and losses arising from a defect of the title. This policy is payed for by the buyer. It is based on the price of the property.
  • One of the most important benefits to a seller wanting to sell their home is that buyers will come prepared to buy. As agents, we weed out people who for the most part are just looking around with no interest or ability to buy. It also cuts down on unnecessary and unscheduled showings. We also assure the home owner that their property will be sold at true market value. Through the multiple listing service, it exposes the property to multiple pre-qualified buyers thus accelerating the sale. It also takes the seller out of the negotiation process.

Using an agent also ensures that the property is marketed aggressively thus increasing interest and visibility. Lastly, these days there is a safety issue involved with bringing unknown people into your home in order to show them the property. As an agent, we know who we are dealing with and in most cases take steps to insure the safety of the agent as well as the owner.
