    Abita Ridge is Covington's newest subdivision, located in the heart of Covington off of Harrison Avenue. The development is comprised of 60+ beautiful acres. Forty of those acres will be designated for residential lots, the remaining land will be set aside for a family park area and facilities, walking trails, and green space.

    Abita Ridge will have underground utilities and street lighting throughout. The subdivision will also showcase a large conservancy nature area that leads to the Abita River, with walking trails. The recreation area will include a soccer field, 1/2 court basketball, picnic tables, and more!

    There are restrictions and covenants for this community. The minimum living square footage, for Abita Ridge, will be 1500 square feet and vinyl exterior will be prohibited. Stucco, brick and hardie plank are the approved exteriors for this neighborhood.
