Amanda did a great job selling my house. She helped me "stage" it to sell better. She met contractors for me when I could not and she always keep me abreast of everything happening. She was willing to communicate on my terms. Sometimes email, sometimes text and sometimes a call. I could not have asked for more thoughtful, kind and professional agent.

Being a first time buyer, my general impression of the process was pejorative. Having Amanda, the Caffeinated Realtor, in our corner washed my concerns away. We told her how much space we needed, what we liked, and she was on the hunt. Within 24 hours she had a list of places for us to check out. We fell in love with the first one.
