Melissa was SO patient with us as we looked for a home for nearly A YEAR. She was always very flexible, quick to respond and consistently advocated for us. She shared a lot of wisdom along the way without ever being pushy.

From day one Melissa treated us like family. Even though we had a relatively small budget and we were not looking for anything fancy she treated us with the respect and dignity that any person desires. She even said at one time that she always treat every client the same no matter what price range they are in. She worked with us for nearly a year during our long and exhaustive search of a suitable home. She researched tirelessly and spent many hours hoping to help us find place to call home. There were many cases where she was able to suggest bits of information that helped us make educated decisions regarding the health of homes we saw, the buying process, and negotiation of prices. In fact, we were required to do a home buyer education course, and we breezed through it painlessly, mostly because of what we learned speaking with her! It is difficult to list all of the work she put into being our buying agent.She drove all around, she called and called, she set up appointments at a moment's notice, and by all reasonable definitions bent over backwards to give us the best opportunity she could. We even ran into her and her husband at a parade and again, they treated us just like family. I know that anytime we need help with real estate or have questions Melissa will be ready to advise us with her expert knowledge. She honestly goes all the extra miles! I don't know how we got so lucky!!! (especially because we met other agents who were not 1/10 as respectful and attentive). I can't imagine a better experience.
