Melrose Provides A Family Friendly and Welcoming Atmosphere
The Melrose subdivision is a beautiful family-oriented neighborhood. It is located off of Jefferson Avenue and Kavanaugh Road and is very close to U.S. Highway 167. These roads provide easy access to downtown Ruston and Louisiana Tech University. The Melrose subdivision includes homes along Moreland Street, Woodburn Street, Ridgemont Street, Brookhaven Avenue, Sweetbriar Avenue, and Ridgemont Street. I grew up in this neighborhood and have many fond memories of this area. I especially remember the neighborhood friendliness.
