The first day I met Vail I know I was going to be in great hands. She made the stressful task of selling a home easy as could be. She has a great eye for pointing out the little details that you would never think of that could make a difference in an offer being present versus not. Her knowledge and experience, not to mention her sweet personality, could be seen from the very start. She knows what she's doing and is willing to respond to your needs in a heartbeat, either by text or phone. I would recommend her without a doubt, so much so that she is helping us build our new home. In my opinion, you will never find another agent who is as dedicated, sweet, calming, experienced, willing to go out of her way for her clients. She is a gem!!

Buying a home is challenging and stressful enough, let alone during COVID-19 and purchasing a home without being able to physically walk through it.
