I would like you to see, know and love New Orleans the way that I have come to discover and embrace her! I love the diverse people, food, history, culture, and neighborhoods here, but most of all, I love the fabulous architecture and historic homes! And no, I am not a local, but, you might say I am one notch removed from being considered a native New Orleanian. I attended highschool and college here, met and married my husband, who was born and raised here, and have three sons who were all born and raised here, as well.
Originally from Panama, my passion for real estate started during my years growing up and living abroad in various Latin American/Caribbean countries. The west Indies-style homes that were prevalent there, with their wraparound porches, wooden floors, and high ceilings always appealed to me. Naturally this led to my fascination with the Spanish/Caribbean/French influence on the architecture of this great city.
I have been part of the New Orleans community for over 35 years, and have never stopped learning about her rich history. I have seen many of the neighborhoods where I have lived from time to time, evolve and transform over the years. Aside from my love of cooking and gardening, I totally enjoy walking around exploring the different neighborhoods and discovering the uniqueness of each one, every chance I get!
I hope you will let me share my knowledge, enthusiasm and expertise to help you buy/sell your dream home. And, like a true New Orleanian, I might even make some gumbo to share!
